ADVANCE TICKETS
1) Available on-line (order below). Payment on-line is by VISA, MasterCard, or AMEX (through Paypal). Tickets purchased on-line are available until 9 am, June 3rd. After this time you must come to the box office at the festival site in order to purchase your tickets.
Tickets purchased on line will be available for pick-up at the box office of the festival until 10 minutes before the show. Afterwards, the ticket will be moved to the venue itself and you can pick it up there. Please keep your proof of purchase to show at the door.
2) Purchase them at Highlife Records. Sales at Highlife stop on the evening of June 2nd. After this time you must come to the box office at the festival site in order to purchase your tickets.

DAY OF FESTIVAL TICKETS
- Cash or cheque only
- Available at the site box office at 2016 Grant St. You must purchase your ticket at the box office, as they will not be available at the door of the venue. (Don't worry, all venues are within one block of the box office)
- 10% of the house is held for sales on the day of. More get released as space permits. (Yay for walky talkies!)
- Up to 65% of tickets are sold in advance. The remaining 35% are held at the door for public sale and pass holders.
- First-come, first-served!

IN THE HOUSE FESTIVAL PASSES
• 10% of all seats at every show are reserved specifically for pass holders.
• Passes are redeemed on a first-come, first-served basis, until five minutes before show time (unless there is extra space).
• You must show up at the box office of the festival, and get the card punched for the shows you would like to see. You cannot redeem your pass at the door of the venue.
• Quantities are limited, so buy early!

• All ticket sales are final.
• NO refunds, NO exchanges, NO exceptions!
• In the House shows start ON TIME because patrons have another show to go to after and we have another show to put on in the venue.
• Latecomers are admitted ONLY if there is room and ONLY in between songs or performances.
• No refunds or exchanges for lateness.
• Leave enough time to walk, lock your bike, park your car and get a good seat.
